Sanké is a Susu word (a language spoken in Guinea Conakry) that means “roots,” the human roots that unite us. Sanke is musically led by multi-instrumentalist Aboubacar Sylla, and the lyrics of his songs carry a message of hope, social commitment, and personal growth that invite us to become aware of the importance of joining forces to build a better world.
