Altos Cargos was formed in the fall of 2022 in Torrelavega, Cantabria, when Simón See on drums, Mikel Marina on guitar, Víctor Z on bass, and Fer Palencia on vocals decided to finally bring to life an idea that had been on their minds for a long time: “We need to start an awesome rock’n’roll band — and we need to do it now!”
